Coffee People Zine<\/a> will release its 10th issue on Tuesday, September 22. This issue features work exclusively by Black artists in and around the coffee industry, including a hired Executive Editor, Korie Pickett (KP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Black creators from around the world have sent in art, poetry, short stories, photography, paintings, illustrations, and other work in a collection that showcases their unique experiences, multi-dimensionality as people, and their brilliance as creators and coffee professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the first time that Coffee People Zine will pay contributors. Additionally, Coffee People Zine will make $0 from the sales of this issue; all sales revenue will be paid to the Black contributors of this issue, as well as two charities KP has chosen that support Black communities: The Bail Project<\/a> and The Okra Project<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
