Blip Roasters<\/a> in Kansas City, Missouri, opened a new caf\u00e9 and roasting space in the West Bottoms neighborhood.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blip closed the previous locations at 1101 Mulberry in the West Bottoms and at 1107 E. 30th in the Wonder Building in March 2020 as part of a COVID-19 safety measure for staff and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blip Roasters began in the West Bottoms as a wholesale roasting company in 2014. At the intersection of coffee and motorcycles, Blip focuses on creating an accessible approach to coffee and a community space for all kinds of motorcycles and their riders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
