Instead, it\u2019s bringing a new season of its online competition and coffee reality TV series back this winter\u2014with more episodes, rounds and surprise guests. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebaristaleague.com\/apply\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Applications are now<\/a> open until Sunday, August 23, and the winner will win a trip to Brazil.<\/div><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Barista League Online will involve less competitors, more competition rounds, and many surprise mentors, judges, and guest appearances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re super stoked to be back with a new season, and not only that\u2014our new sponsors are making it possible for us to step up the production value this time around,\u201d says Steven Moloney, founder of The Barista League.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/875EgBE8oI0\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>It remains free to participate in the competition and each competitor will get a competition pack with goodies from <a href=\"https:\/\/acaia.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Acaia<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/baratza.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Baratza<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/baristamagazine.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Barista Magazine<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hugotea.com\/?mc_cid=a327591468&amp;mc_eid=[UNIQID]\"> <\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/biocaf.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biocaf<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/bodega.coffee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cafe Imports<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/hugotea.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hugo Tea<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/pacificfoods.com\/food-service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pacific Foods Barista Series<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ranciliospecialty.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rancilio<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/pacificfoods.com\/food-service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Slow Pour Supply<\/a>.
