It was around the same time as the new <em>Aladdin<\/em> trailer dropped, so we knew we had to incorporate the film into the drink. But we couldn\u2019t stop there as we pride ourselves on our artistic aesthetics. We added butterfly pea powder to give the latte a blue hue to signify Genie. The Will Smith part was actually a joke that we didn\u2019t fully intend on including, however, we\u2019re glad we did.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Milk of choice<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp butterfly pea powder<\/li>\n<li>Jasmine\/vanilla syrup (see below)<\/li>\n<li>Will Smith stencil and cinnamon (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h4>Jasmine\/Vanilla Syrup Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>450 g sugar<\/li>\n<li>500 g 175-degree water<\/li>\n<li>10 g jasmine tea leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Create a simple syrup using water and sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Steep jasmine tea leaves for 4 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Strain mixture and bottle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h4>Drink Assembly<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Pull a double shot of espresso.<\/li>\n<li>Mix espresso with 1 oz jasmine\/vanilla syrup.<\/li>\n<li>Steam milk of choice.<\/li>\n<li>Add butterfly pea powder to milk pitcher after steaming.
