[P]ro skateboarder Riley Hawk just opened his first coffee\/vinyl shop, Steel Mill Coffee<\/a>, in Oceanside, California. If that name sounds familiar, that\u2019s because Riley is the son of skateboard legend (and successful coffee investor), Tony Hawk<\/a>. The 900-square-foot space will serve a selection of pastries, snacks, and coffee supplied by James Coffee Co<\/a>. Hawk told Eater San Diego<\/a> that the company plans on building its own roastery and possibly more locations in the future. Shea Cooper, one of Hawk\u2019s longtime friends and fellow pro skateboarders, is a partner on the project and is a coffee roaster by trade.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
