The Wilmington shop is named for two of the owners\u2019 children, who both have Down syndrome. Amy was honored as CNN\u2019s Hero of the Year in 2017 for her advocacy and leadership in creating employment opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The chain\u2019s second location opened in Charleston, South Carolina, in February of 2018, and the third location is scheduled to open this Saturday, January 12. A ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the new outpost at 319 W.
